MacTrack ("we", "our", or "us") explains here how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the MacTrack mobile app, web dashboard, and related services.

Information we collect

• Account information such as name and email address
• Client and meal-tracking data you enter into the service
• Subscription and payment status (Apple In-App Purchase or legacy Stripe)
• Technical logs such as device type, app version, and general usage needed to operate the service

How we use information

• Provide nutrition tracking, coaching tools, and account features
• Process subscriptions and customer support requests
• Improve reliability, security, and product functionality
• Comply with legal obligations

Sharing

We use service providers such as Supabase (hosting/authentication), Apple (App Store subscriptions), and OpenAI (optional meal estimation features). We do not sell personal information.

Data retention & deletion

You may delete your MacTrack account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the iOS app. Deletion removes your account and associated trainer data subject to our backup and legal retention requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact team@mactrack.io.
