By creating a MacTrack account or using our apps and services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Service

MacTrack provides nutrition and coaching tools for trainers, coaches, and individuals tracking meals for themselves or others.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the iOS app.

Auto-renewable subscriptions

• Early Supporter — Monthly: 1 month, billed monthly via Apple In-App Purchase.
• Early Supporter — Yearly: 1 year, billed annually via Apple In-App Purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use MacTrack for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for obtaining consent from individuals whose data you track.

MacTrack provides informational tools only and is not medical advice. Consult qualified professionals for health decisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
